We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)
All orders are packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of the order and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Once you place your order, it will take 3-5 business days to process it. After that, it will take between 3 and 5 business days for delivery in Spain and between 15 and 30 business days for international orders (depending on location).
The prices shown on our site are with VAT included and in Euros.
If the order is to be delivered outside of Spain, import taxes, duties and related customs duties may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and is determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For more information on charges, please contact your local customs office.
Did you receive a defective unit or the wrong product?
Are you simply not satisfied with your order?
Please contact our customer support team to begin the return process. Please include the following information:
• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)
• Full delivery address
• Contact Phone Number In some cases, you may be asked to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or replace the product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Indicate your order number and the reason for your return.
Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
Only items purchased directly from SafetySuministros.com will be accepted.
For products purchased from authorized stores, please contact them directly for returns.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition in which we ship them to you and in their original packaging.
Stains, bent cards, broken seals/broken plastic sheet will not be accepted.
If the condition of the product returned to us is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange.
Products that have been customized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and products damaged through customer mishandling.
Returns made without a receipt may be rejected. (Store name) reserves the right to refuse any return.
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return.
We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products.
For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling costs.
All refunds will be credited in your original form of payment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
Contact the card-issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what you need to do:
Contact the credit card company/bank. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Be sure to provide your order number and the modification you wish to make and we will confirm this once the modification has been made. Please note that any order that has already been packaged or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
